Merge branch 'claude/collect-pause-time-bc9610' into master

perf(collect): halve the new-note console pause
Cut the brief pause after printing a newly inserted note in green from 250ms to 125ms so --collect runs move faster while the highlight is still noticeable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <[email protected]>
